some teams would be better off with dwight swap over lebron (including miami mind you), teams with crap around 1 man are better with lbj (because he can do pretty much everything, distribute, score, run the break, cover the opponents best wing player etc), teams looking to round out a superfriends would be far better with dwight.

LeBron for me. His weakness is trying to land triple doubles instead of pouring on points. So many times has LeBron scored 15-20+ pts in the first quarter only to finish with 30ish. He's FG is typically 60%+ in these games too.

Even though competition has been very bad for the Lakers (and they lead the league in # of home games played), I'm still very impressed by Kobe's ability to drop 40 points. Obviously, he's averaging almost as much shots as the other 4 starters combined, but I personally enjoy offensive outbursts too. The Lakers for sure can't win in the playoffs this way (without using Bynum and Gasol).

If Kobe drops 40 pts againsts Thunder, Bulls, or Heat, that would be something else. Even the aging Mavs or Celtics would be noteworthy.

    I thought this was interesting/funny

lebron at 16, just really ghetto, different image and way of talking. I found it hilarious that state farm did a commercial with him telling kids to stay in school, good message, but of all the people.

Kobe at 16, privileged, cultured. You can definitely see why he didn't and doesn't have street cred coming into the league:

The incredible thing about Kobe is that how long he has played at the highest level. Just look at the other players from his draft class. Where are they now????

Kobe has remained on the top of the best NBA players starting from the Jordan years, Iverson years, Carter years, McGrady years, Lebron years, and now Durant years. He has been competing the those players as the best in the league throughout his career. All of the other players and come and gone, but Kobe still remains.

U totally missed everything. Lebron sent mo williams to the asg. He leaves and they're the worse team in the league. Show me another player who can average 30 and that's not even his best attribute. Show me another guy who can shut down a pg like d-rose and still drop 30.
