the day amare stoudemire leads the suns to an nba championship that will be the day that we declare him the greatest suns player that ever lived, but until that day charles remains the greatest of all time suns player, one of 50 greatest nba players of alltime 1996 inudction remember
is that the reason chuck always hates on the roxkets? because we were the team who prevented him from ever getting to the finals or winning a championship?LMAO... thats good stuff
Barkley has been to the finals before. Michael stopped him from winning and Dream stopped him in the second round two years afterwards.
Yes, its the same repeated hidden agenda case study of the board. Even when you say something preceded with "WTF, are you kidding? Its OBVIOUS that ___ is ___", all the person wants to see out of it is the "___ is ___" mentioned to proclaim righteousness.
I can't believe you compared one of the 50 best players of all time to Amare Stoudamire... and in my opinion Amare like many other are partially a product of Steve Nash's abilities
The sad this if you poll that question in the GARM..... It wont be 100%. Anything less is a sad day in sports history. Sad.
Barkley woulda whooped LaMarcus Aldridge's ass if he tried to push him like that, while Amare backed up like a p***y!
For anyone confused as to the purpose of this thread, here's an excerpt from tinman's Shaq vs. Howard thread that would explain it:
Barkley wasn't much of a defender although at times he used to put in a effort on that end. He was multi-dimensional. He could bring the ball up and pass as a point forward, his rebounding was world class and he was fairly good as a clutch shooter. His post up skills were much better than Amare as well. His jumper was at least the equal of Amare's. The only edge that Amare has is in explosiveness and speed. Barkley was no slow poke as a younger player as well. He was the MVP of the league and a NBA Finals runner up,there is no comparison between the two of them.
