    New Haven has great pizza. That clam pie is awesome. And the fresh tomato pie they have in the summer is damn good too. I’ve had tavern pizza in Chicago and maybe……I just didn’t have it at the right places.

    The Cinque Formaggi with the Prosciutto is insane.

    2 slight demerits for pretentiously calling fresh cow milk mozz "fior de latte" just to sound fancy, and misspelling "goat cheese" on the menu for their "dreamcatcher" pizza.

    The "troublemaker" with spicy pork sausage and the "big hat" both sound delicious though!

    Uh, no. That's the correct distinction. True "mozz" is made from water buffalo milk. They often refer to it as bufalino. Anywho, not pretentious, just coming correct.
