    First tier:
    1. CP3
    2. Rose
    3. D-will

I hear arguments having these three in a different order which can make sense, but these are the best three PGs in the game. Nobody should be ranked over them.
    --------------
    Second Tier:
    4. Westbrook
    5. Parker
    6. Rondo
    7. Lowry
    --------------
    Third Tier:
    8. Nash
    9. Lawson
    10. Wall
    --------------
Honorable mention: Irving, Curry (barring injuries), Rubio, Jennings

Nice Bucher.... Lowry is a top 10 PG! But you can't put scoring PGs ahead of the traditional ones.

CP 3.... he is just a smooth operator, controls the tempo in his sleep
    Rose
    Parker
Deron because crappy first 30 games
    Rondo
    Westbrook
    Nash
    Irving
    Lowry
    Curry

    11. Rubio
    12. Billups
    13. John Wall
    14. Lawson
    15. Jeremy Lin
    16. Brandon Jennings
    17. Jason Kidd
    18. Jose Calderon
    19. Jarrett Jack
    20. Andre Miller
    21. Jameer Nelson
    22. Baron Davis

Top 10 is first tier, Mr. Handles.

Nash is the best overall because of how long he's been in the league and he's #1 in assists with 11 assists a game. I'd say Rondo or Deron Williams. Rondo is #2 behind Nash in assists. After Rondo's 10.2 the third man in assists is Calderone which drops to 8.6. Westbrook is a good player but he's more of a combo guard and comes in at 18th with only 5.5 assists per game so I don't think he even belongs on the list until he at least averages 7 or 8 assists per game. I'd say the best young pure passing point guard is Rajon Rondo. He stays true to his position which I think is admirable. Paul is up there to but I don't think he's the best because of personal reasons . Our very own Kyle Lowry is #10 in assists right now. #8 in overall assists which is more than Paul, Rose, and Westbrook.

Honestly, I think Lin is a tad bit low. I'd push him up to top 10-12, and remember this is someone who thinks the hype is a little silly. Though, factoring in statistics, eye-test, winning (effect on team's performance), and skill.

    1. CP3 (as usual)
    2. Derrick Rose
    3. Deron Williams
    4. Russell Westbrook
    5A. Rajon Rondo
    5B. Steve Nash
    7. Tony Parker (I cannot put Tony Parker over Steve Nash for some reason)
    8. Kyle Lowry
    9. Stephen Curry
    10. Kyrie Irving
    11A. Ty Lawson
    11B. Jeremy Lin
    13. Chauncey Billups (even at his age, he has alot of game still in him)
    14. John Wall
    15. Ricky Rubio
    16. Brandon Jennings
    17. Jason Kidd
    18. Jose Calderon
    19. Jarrett Jack
    20. Andre Miller
