This was the best video I could find, it has pics of other people... not the movie.
I really like Rachel Portman's music. Chocolat and Cider House Rules were two of her best soundtracks.
Finally, someone else who's in the know. Thank you, brother. Has a score ever been more perfectly matched to a movie? I think not. For those who ain't got a clue: <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mYVTr1u3EYc&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mYVTr1u3EYc&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Xhvd9twPEIo&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Xhvd9twPEIo&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Xo7Yhx0sd3o&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Xo7Yhx0sd3o&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NrGdq-CqDow&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/NrGdq-CqDow&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object> But if you still don't get it, Conan will tell you what it's all about: <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xAdzBaPDmJk&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xAdzBaPDmJk&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

WOW, if you weren't taken, I would marry you right now. Seriously its nice to find someone else who finally realizes this. Give me another vote for Last of the Mohicans. Ending theme from Castaway. The Rock had some great music in it. Another older movie with an incredible score was The Abyss.
That was going to be my choice. One of my all time favorite movies. And you can't go wrong with "Lawrence of Arabia". For a more recent movie, I would pick "Gattaca".
Alex I'd like to go with- Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (hauntingly beautiful) Carlito's Way (Sad one) Terminator 2 (Epic theme) Those stick out to me, even now.

Man, I really like that. I love how it starts small and just keeps building and building. Really captures the feel of that incredible movie. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Friday Night Lights soundtrack for introducing me to the great Explosions in the Sky. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pug2R4iswz0&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pug2R4iswz0&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
I can't win if someone already mentioned ROCKY. Those trumpets and the disco-style music just send chills down my spine and encourage me to succeed today. Back to the Future - entire trilogy (yes, even the Huey Lewis tracks and Earth Angel). Indiana Jones - all Platoon - this one makes me cry every time I see it Schindler's List - ^ ditto (not Ghost's "ditto") ET - all of it that's what she said.
awesome, I will also add Amistad because I caught it over the weekend. I agree with Carlito's Way and I guess going with the mafia theme, Godfather II. Another military movie, Apocalyspe Now
