What do you mean a real pro? Fish sauce always comes with Vermicelli bowls. That's standard practice.

Thanks, Fatty. The mere mention of this thread and my posts in it spawned a Southwestern Egg Roll craving in my wife that led me to order Chili's carry-out last night. I dropped $30 on glorified fast food. I'm blaming you for starting this thread and prompting the discussion. The skillet queso was worth it, though. There's crack in there.
