Yep, you get to fall in love with Paul Rudd all over again. He is a national treasure and the role that made him into a mega star.

I’m pretty sure that was intentional - the idea was that Rat couldn’t even get that easy bit of advice (however misguided it was) right

I'd go with Clueless. I never really got into Fast Times. All those 80's, 90's and early 2000's teen and rom/com movies, they just don't make 'em like that anymore. It was the golden era for that genre and has largely faded. The Duff though, and more recently To All the Boys on Netflix, captured that magic well.

I retract my vote for Ferris Bueller’s Day off being the goat high school movie. Well... for sole possession of the title anyway. IMO it’s a tie between Ferris and Matthew Broderick’s other movie... Election.

Most definitely a high school movie with an effed up coming of age story, right? :D

When you put Clueless down as one of the two best means you are CLUELESS so don't be surprised when there's only "6 votes".

But it's made by the same director though? She did both Fast TImes and Clueless and Sean Penn and Paul Rudd became mega stars.
