I worked there for a couple of years in the early '90s. KingCheetah might have too, I can't remember.

Is that the little green building on the corner? That's a damn fine burger.

I haven't been to most of the places on the list, so I don't think I'm qualified to vote.

I haven't been to Broiler Burger since I was an embryo. Back then, the burgers were delicious and very greasy.

I haven't been to Roznovsky's since I was about 11. Back then it was a damn.... good.... burger.

Miller's cafe on Shephard is good (like Roznosky's sp). Also, my wife had a burger at the Grand Lux Cafe and it was pretty good as well. They use real chedder chease (instead of American) and it was mighty flavorful.

We did a couple of weeks ago. Very good burger, but we saw the "best of" on the menu. I wouldn't put it there with the best burgers in Houston, but it is good, nonetheless.

Didn't we have a thread about this recently? Or maybe it was about fries . . . i forget

My favorite is Burger-Tex. The only one I've been to is at Hwy 6 and I-10. Fries are perfect too.

Am I missing it, or do they not list "Best BBQ" on their list? How can you be in Texas and not list BBQ on that list??

(... now watch, somebody's going to prove I'm as blind as a bat)

No I haven't, so I can't say they are identical. Still, as I said, for a sportsbar in Midtown, it's another good new option to BW3's.
