i would like to find a great tasting preferebly non carbonated(carbonated drinks dehydrate you) drink i can take before work out.. sort of similar to the philosophy of eating honey before physical activity since honey is instant energy(body breaks down very fast, energy ready for use).. i sometimes eat a banana or peanutbutter and honey sandwich before work outs. i feel a slight boost in energy, such as i can work out longer and simply be able to sustain high energy throughout. i tried Nos, it taste just like red bull. My friend told me of something called Lost. He said is less carbonated than others and full of sugar. I've never tried Monster, they have too many flavors. What else is there?

To me, the best tasting one is the Sobe No Fear, but I don't usually drink it because its loaded with High Fructose Corn Syrup, so basically its a sugar rush.
I'm not an energy drink fan, but then I don't like sweet drinks. I certainly have not tried them all. Unfortunately, I'm on anxiety medicine and am not allowed caffein.
