Somebody that doesn't want to spend 100 extra for **** that he doesnt need. If I were building it from scratch I would probably get an ssd.
True. I could use my power supply, for example. Things like that are probably the only way I'll be able to get a rig like I would want for around $1500. $1700 is more likely on a prebuilt, and that would be a deal if it had high quality parts.
