Try this place: http://mygreenmattress.com/index.htm I bought my daughter a full size from this and it seems well made. I like the fact that it doesn't have all the chemicals that other mattresses may have. I think these are made in Chicago so no need to worry about the dangers of Chinese made products. The full starts are $349. It maybe over your budget with shipping but I thought I'd put this out for others that may be interested.
