That's right I did hear of that. If it's anything like the last then it should be well worth it. In fact I'm listening to the last one right now. :D

50 Cent and Eminem are the cream of the crop in the hip hop scene.

Nelly can't hold their mics. Anyone who puts him in the same plateau as those two probably listens to Justin Timberlake too.

With snoop falling off somewhat, or being too busy with MTVizzle, and Dre being a better producer than artist, I had to go with Em. Hands down, probably the most talented artist lyrically on your list.

With that said, off the list, I'd have to add Outkast and Tribe. Also, Method Man and Redman's "Blackout" Album has the best bang for my buck as far as just clowning around and entertaining goes....

Never really dug his style, but Redman is gifted, also, can't believe I left off Busta Rhymes.

I had a hard time picking, but I went with Mos Def over Talib. That was a tough choice.

I voted for Eminem. His lyrics flow together so smoothly and he's not all slow like all those other rappers. Plus I like how he never mentions his money or how many women he gets, he's more original than that. And that's why he's so popular IMO.

I also like 50 Cent, but if you heard "Patiently Waiting" on his album, you gotta agree that Eminem's verse KILLED 50's!:D

Mystikal isn't on your list. That guy is unbelievable! Can we throw groups in here as well? I'd have to put Outkast and the Roots in the mix as well.

my thoughts exactly...whenever i listen to Patiently Waiting, i skip through the 50 Cent part right to eminem...Em's lyrics in Patiently Waiting are probably his best work, and that says a lot...

    Youve been patiently waiting
To make it through all the hate
    And debatin whether or not
You can even weather the storm
When she lay on the table
    They operatin' to save you
It's like a Angel came to you
    Sent from the heavens above
    They think they crazy
But they ain't crazy lets face it
S*it basically they just playin sick
    They ain't s*it they ain't sayin s*it
    Spray umh 50 (gun shots)
A to K get in the way
I bring Dre and them wit me
And turn this day into f*ckin mayhem
    You stayin wit me
    Don't let me lose you
I'm not tryin to confuse you
When I let lose wit this uzzi
And just shoot through you Isuzu
    You get the message
Am I gettin through to you
    You know it's comin
You motherf*ckers dont even know do you
Take some BIG and some PAC
And you mix them up in a pot
Sprinkle a little Big L on top
What the f*ck do you got?
You got the realest and illest killers
    Tied up in a knot
The Juggernaughts of this rap s*it
Like it or not it's like a fight to the top
To see who die for the spot
You put your life in this
    Nothin like survivng a shot
Y'all know what time it is
Soon as 50 signs on this dot
S*it what you know about death threats
    Cause I get alot
    Shady Records was 80 seconds
    Away from the towers
Some cowards f*cked with the wrong building
    They meant to hit ours
    Better evacuate all children
    Nuclear showers theres nothin spookier
Your now about to witness the power of f*ckin' 50!

Outkast is awesome, Their greatest hits CD should be a must have for every rap die-hard.

Mystikal just confuses me, he's all over the place changing his voice tone from soft to hard all the time. Its kind of cool, but I don't really feel it all that much.

Ja Rule aka the Cookie Monster can go to hell because he will never, ever come close to the greatness of Tupac Shakur. friggin wanksta!

50 is ok, I like his style, He put together probably the best Album of 2003. But rhyming next to Eminem and Lloyd Banks makes you look lesser than you are.

Trick Daddy represents down in MIA. DMX is still hot in the streets. Fabolous is coming up.
