It's the high fructose in it that does that, drinking coke does the same thing for you chemically. I like vitamin water and have been drinking it for a while, but 90% of its benefits are all marketing. It's just sugar plus water plus a few ground up vitamins plus a cute backstory.

hair of the dog..... a good bloody mary will usually do the trick. otherwise, excederin migraine works everytime i've used it. and tons of water. and sleep.

I take a vitamin and tylenol before I go to bed and it seems to work...Just one or the other alone doesn't seem to work...When I work out the next day, I sweat it all out anyway...
water the night before, and puke the night before if you feel the need at all. then sleep. if you're hungover, sleep more.
