Coastal Cookies in Sharpstown Mall. To me, they are the main stay there. This is weird because they just announced that they are closing down.
i love Subway CC cookies. they're almost always soft and have tons of CC's in them. but those bastards never seem to have any CC cookies though. it's like "hey, we've got a whole bunch of peanut butter and oatmeal and raisin and white chocolate w/ nuts sitting here, but no chocolate chip cookies left, ever. hmm, should we perhaps not make them all in a 1 to 1 ratio? is there perhaps a chance that people seem to prefer one type, maybe the chocolate chips, over the others? well, guess not, let's just keep doing the same thing and not selling these other cookies." friggin' morons. great american cookie company is my favorite for cookies though, especially the cookie cake slices. but i don't live close to any malls, which is probably fortunate for my waist line.
Curious, but how do you make cookies without flour? I've heard of no eggs (thanks to tool), but what do you replace flour with?
On the advice of a few in this thread (and Bill Simmons), I tried a McDonalds CC cookie yesterday. Pretty damn good
My friend made this for Christmas and they were nuts. http://www.slashfood.com/2007/12/19/cookies-with-bacon-is-so-wrong-and-yet-so-right/
