I like the Christian's in Midtown, their burgers are really good. The other location just feels really dirty to me, and not in a good way.
I love a hamburger from Fuddruckers loaded with pico. Champ burger is mighty good. I have heard good things about Tornado Burger, but have yet to try it.
probably already mentioned, but Lankford Grocery Christians's Totem Recently tried Five Guys and it was a damn good burger as well. Goode Co Taqueria has great mesquite grilled burgers as well, though I usually only go there on weekends for their kickass breakfasts
Shuttle Burger. It's near Hobby Airport. This place has one of the better burgers I've eaten. Good work, Shuttle Burger!
Christian's Tailgate in Midtown is excellent. Amazon Grill on Kirby, though, is my favorite burger that nobody else has ever tried.
I am a burger connoisseur myself and I have been to the following as well as rated them based on portion size, price, and most important taste. Lankford Grocery market = 7/10 Bellaire Broiler Burger = 6/10 Prince's Hamburgers = 4.5/10 Fuddruckers = 7.5/10 Becks Prime = 6/10 J Alexanders = 7/10 Best Burger = 5/10 Red Robin = 4/10 My fav so far in Houston is Ruby Tuesdays = 8/10
Bubba's (Westpark) Becks Prime (also the best vanilla/buttermilk milkshake) Pappas Culver's (best fast food burger hands down, the Whataburger of the North)
Lankford is the best. Don't forget to bring cash and go early. Bubbas, Christians, and bellaire broiler are close behind and all make a fine burger.
Concur on Goode Taqueria. darn good burger. Christian's Tailgates. another darn good burger. RIP Tookies.
This makes me so sad, hadn't been there in a few years. I'll have to grill up some squealers soon in honor. Bubba's/Bellaire/Lankford/Christian's (original)/Roznovsky's (sp?) in no particular order.
