I'd say the combo of CP3/Redick and CP3/Jamal Crawford is the best backcourt in the NBA.

I guess this is as good of a place as any for this.

Surprised Lowry and DeRozan aren't getting much love. They both play defense. Both can shoot the three, and both can drive, kick, and handle the ball. They're the most well-rounded, anyway. Curry/Thompson can both hit the three, but Curry doesn't play defense, so Thompson is picking up the slack there.

derozan just barely did his big breakout this past season. as long as he keeps it up then they will be considered one of the best backcourts in the league

Curry Thompson for now. Wall Beal can be something special.

I voted for Wall and Beal because I really like their chemistry.

Lowry and Derozan are pretty balanced as well, but I hate Derozan's shot selection.

I am intrigued by what Kemba and Stephenson can do together. Of course it could just end up being Harden-Lin.

Wow Jalen Rose didn't even have Bev-Harden in his Top 10. Hope our duo can prove otherwise this year.

    Kinda strange.

Not that this is the best way to do it, but I would be interested to see after the ESPN player ranks are all listed if you added each backcourts rank and divided by 2, who would have the best number.

Have to think by that measure they would make the top 10 easy.

Because when people think of our backcourt they just think about James Harden

They're not a backcourt Bayless. That would be Parker/Green.

    Warriors - Curry and Thompson.

Is there even really an argument for the others listed?

of all of these choices, only one features two guys who can create their own shot, score off the ball, defend, rebound & pass. 5-tool basketball players, and that's Lowry and DeRozan. Best, and probably most underrated, back-court in the NBA

If you include a 6th man like Ginobili as a "backcourt" guy, then you absolutely have to include the clippers with Paul and Crawford, they are top 10 easy.

    1. Parker & Ginobli
    2. Curry & Thompson
    3. Dragic & Bledsoe
    4. Lowry & DeRozan
    5. Wall & Beal
    6. Williams & Johnson
    7. Irving & Waiters
    8. Lillard & Matthews
    9. Paul & Reddick
    10. Lawson & Affalo

They pretty much just rated the quality of the 2nd best player (except for the spurs prisoner of the moment thing going on).
