I find you can't help but start rooting for or against the other teams, a little bit, just over the course of watching the other games that your team isn't playing in. The true fans, they might not even watch any other games though. The 'true fan' angle that gets me though, is I see a lot of people here who when they make their predictions in a weekend, they add a disclaimer to their texans prediction, something like "...but I can't ever pick against the texans", letting us know it's probably not really their pick, just what they're saying. It seems like it would be more loyal to leave that disclaimer off, and act like it is what you really believe, because if we're pretending our overwhelming love of a team is overruling how we normally might logically predict, we wouldn't even realize that was happening. IDk it's kind of confusing & serious- someone just got really mad, about colors in here!
I hope Peyton wins a superbowl so he would retire. We don't need him in the AFC. Same as Brady. Hopefully the are waiting on another Super Bowl win to retire.
Second favorite team is whoever plays Tennessee. I also jump on the Saints bandwagon from time to time.
Alright I gotcha. Respect. I really am not emotionally invested in other teams, I just like to see other teams win over others. I probably should have titled the thread differently haha
