Comparing the legendary Robert Horry to Bruno Cabaclo on a Clutchfans should be a ban worthy offense. ;)

Bob would slap the taste out ya mouth like you were TMac.

Horry was inconsistent underachiever (regular season) in his youth and in fact, Rockets tried to trade him, several times.

Horry did not even become the legendary Big Shot Bob until he left the Rockets.

So the comparison is not unrealistic.

it's not a bad thing to develop young talent ...whether you are chasing a ring or not.

He was becoming Big Shot Bob with the Rockets. He was making clutch shots for the Rockets in the playoffs.

anybody know which site is going to have the most up to date roster info - contracts, etc...? I looked around the other day and everyone still had Covington listed...

    Thanks!

He was absolutely, positively legendary on the Rockets. A fulltime starter on two championship teams. He actually peaked on the Rockets If we are talking facts.

He was definitely being developed into the player he became when he was on the Rockets, I agree.

But the Rockets disappointment and criticism over his effort was also true.

I was a huge Horry believer and was crushed when he was traded away, I knew he was critical championship role player that we would miss.

Legends do not get traded away in the prime of their youth.

Are you disputing that Horry was part of multiple trade attempts by the Rockets?

You are talking about one of my favorite players ever, I know his timeline with Rockets like the back of my hand.

    Okay.

    You win.

Robert Horry was not a Houston Rocket legend.

He reminds me more of the protected pick we may get from Detroit in 5 years than Robert Horry.

You are trying to misrepresent me now, not sure why.

Just because I believe a young player could be developed to play same complementary role as Robert Horry?

That's shady, not like you at all.

You HOPE that Detroit FRP conveys in only 5 years. More than likely it converts to a 2nd in 8 years. Yikes.

I'd rather take my chances with Bruno.

Bird in the hand and all that.

Let Bruno play when Westbrook is on the bench. Give him the same opportunity Hartenstein got.

"Legends do not get traded away in the prime of their youth." Referring to Robert Horry.

    Misrepresentation these berries.

Horry is a legend NOW, he was certainly not an untouchable when he was a Rocket.

Which was unfortunate for his die hard fans, I count myself among them.

If this guy can figure it out he has so much potential. He just needs to be a little bit more cerebral of a player because he has all the necessary physical tools to be a very good role player. He even has a 3 pt shot with his ability to block shots.

Bruno fan checking in, please sign Bruno

    Russ/Clemons
    Gordon/b-Mac/brown
    Harden/nwaba/Tate
    Tucker/Bruno/Wooten/Martin jr
Wood/cousins (with Tuck playing more center when cousins sits/is injured)

That’s the team if he signs right?

if we don’t blow it up and nwaba comes back strong, which I’m a huge believer in, I still love this teams potential, just need a backup point guard REALLY bad
