Benghazzi, the little "scandal" that couldn't. Not good news for Mitt, Randy, Jeb, Christie, the Herman Caine, Palin, Trump, Ryan, Oops Perry, Huckabee etc.
If only the wingnuts would accept the House report (created by Republicans, BTW) which clearly said that there was somewhere between very little and nothing we could have done to change the outcome once that attack began. If all you are doing is b****ing about Rice's comments, go ahead, that is merely pissing in the wind, though pissing in the wind would give you a cooling factor on a hot day, b****ing about Rice's statements accomplishes exactly zero.
I'm not sure if there's a single issue in which the gap between the right wing care-o-meter and that of everyone else is more out of synch than this. The virtual universe of Benghazaphilia exists completely apart from normal reality. Who is Ben Rhodes? I don't know - is he a D-league call up to replace Lin? That's what I'm going to go with.
Don't kid yourself, there is every bit as wide a divide on everything from Donald Sterling to the minimum wage issue... the difference is they know they are in the minority on these issues. The difference with Benghazaphilia is that they just don't get why everyone isn't outraged.... Obama "HE LIES" cries scream from Congressman Wilson. Ben Rhodes? He used to be a running back for the Eagles and Colts... or he was a left guard drafted by Charley Casserly... I don't remember, who gives a f%^k.
I think the president should be able to break any law he wants and lie as much as he wants just so long as democrats still like him.

On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney and ABC News White House Correspondent Jonathan Karl engaged in a heated back and forth over the emails recently uncovered that relate to the White House preparing National Security Advisor Susan Rice to discuss the attack on a consulate in Benghazi in 2012. Carney told Karl that the White House urged Rice to focus on an inflammatory video because the focus of her appearances was going to be on the protests around the Muslim world sparked by that video. “You knew full well that these Sunday show appearances were going to be dominated by the attacking Benghazi, as they were,” Karl asserted after Carney insisted that Rice’s talking points were geared toward addressing region-wide protests as well as the Benghazi attack. RELATED: Fox: Email Reveals Obama Advisor Urged Rice to Blame Video for Benghazi Carney said that those protests have been largely forgotten, and the talking points were created for members of Congress who were interested in them. Karl shot back that former CIA director Michael Morell contradicted Carney’s claim in testimony before Congress last month. “You stood there, time after time, and said that she was referring to talking points created by the CIA,” Karl recalled. “Now we see a document that comes from the White House, not from the CIA, attributing the protests to the video.” Carney insisted that the protests outside of American embassies throughout the Muslim world were also a “big story,” and the White House prepared talking points to address that situation. “I know that you and I both are in a different time zone right now,” Carney told Karl, “But we are still in April of 2014.” He added that Rice “went out there with the best information that we had at the time.” http://www.mediaite.com/tv/carney-karl-in-heated-exchange-over-rice’s-benghazi-talking-points/

we have all the evidence? there are many issues that upset people about benghazi. One pertains to the White House purposely lying to Americans days after the incident to cover up their own failures. That is what this email confirms. Another issue pertains to those failures. Yet another issue pertains to the White House's failure to cooperate with Congressional investigators. This email was not seen by anyone outside the White House until recently. Jay Carney's explanation for this is that it does not pertain to Benghazi yet obviously from reading above it does. The White House lies constantly about the death of Americans and they get away with it because most of their supporters are too immoral to care. They know even if they are proven to be liars their supporters will act with apathy like you see in this forum. Maybe they would lie less if their supporters had principals or the backbone to stand behind them.
1.) So what were the failures exactly? 2.) I don't see this as purposefully lying, I see am email that says here is what it looks like, but that may change. I have no idea how many emails were sent, who read them, or what. This is seriously the dumbest "controversy" I have ever read.
