Bengals Jacob Bell retires due to brain injury fears

    Kudos to Bell. At 31, he knows that he has just a handful of years left and playing those last few seasons wasn't worth the risk of long-term physical and mental damage.

    Without knowing his full monetary history in the league, I'm guessing he has made more than enough money to make he and his comfortable for the rest of their lives and as a former player, it should be easy enough for him to find work for the league, for a particular team or even in coaching at some level.
