It was more about if you'd prefer starting from scratch with a rookie or going with a vet. Texans have a small window with the current talent, so starting young might not be the best idea.

Going young with Kaepernick isn't working well for the 9ers right now.

Alex Smith may very well be better.

If, (if) the Texans has to lose this game, I hope for a blowout, so that M.Schaub really is in the hot seat. The last 9 regular season/post season games including last year, he has look like a QB who should be holding the clipboard. If not for the Patriots playoff games where he was gifted with 2 TDs in a blowout game, he would have more INTs than TDs in 9 games that he has played.

Big Ben would be nice ... if we fire Kubiak and sign Ben's former coach Bill Cowher next season.

    Super Bowl, baby !

Nothing short of an NFL record for one game interceptions would dislodge Schaub, and maybe not even that. Kubiak knows that he and Matt are joined at the hip. If ones goes, so does the other - thankfully.

I'm a big stillers fan, and yes if Ben was on this texans team, it would give Houston an edge they haven't had, thankfully stillers wouldn't do this trade. This is gonna be a tough season but I believe that they can compete and be in the thick of things next season.

Looking like Schaub at this point, there might still be some hating on Lin for the sake of pissing folk off or because of being haters but Schaub right now is painting himself as the reason this team might not even make the playoffs let alone the intended goal of the Super Bowl.

The 9ers went to the Super Bowl last year and have 10 more years of Kap who has the tools to be great. Plus Davis , Crabtree, and Manningham will all be back this season.

Texans were embarrassed by the Patriots in the playoffs and haven't played a complete game in God knows how long. Oh, and they have a 33year old QB who has more PICK 6's than TDs to WRs.
