Sorry to see you go. I follow you and get quite a bit of the Rockets "breaking" news from your posts. I never engage anyone on Twitter... I just use it as a news platform of "specialists". Mostly that is Rockets and work-related topics.

 

What the hell. I get my news from @The Cat because I know he is a fan too.

 

I will most likely be back. After talking to people and thinking it over, I'm increasingly taking the perspective that I shouldn't let the bad outweigh the good. And, truth be told, the "bad" was likely exacerbated by the intense stress of the World Series.

 

Its all good Ben, keep doing your work. I will say one thing as much as we all hate this back and forth with other fan bases, I actually take it with appreciation. How many teams have we had in Houston that were actually hated and won at the same time. IMO its a badge of honor, should be taken as "damn you guys are good, how can we make them feel bad"

 

Ben, I've followed you everyday on Twitter since I think 2017. I've always read your posts every 30 minutes. You have the passion for Houston teams. You cared about winning. That's what I liked about you.

It won't be same without you. I am glad you said you will be likely come back. We need you.

Sucks that Astros lost, but there is always next year. We will try again. And nobody can take away from 2017.

 

I know your situation is significantly different than mine... However, I simply don't engage. Twitter really isn't a good platform for conversation, as you so accurately describe.
