You werent put here on this earth to take constant stress from anyone. You shouldnt have to edit what comes out of your mouth. If she doesnt like what she hears she needs to cover her ears and leave.

Someone said tell her quit acting like a girl. You said thatd be "a recipe for disaster"....It should NOT be ANYTHING like that at all. We're just message board people giving advice but still...

PMS is mostly girls justifying being petulant brats. There's no excuse for her actions, she's just doing it cuz she can. You're absolutely right, she's a punk.
The more "girl" themed version, she's a b****. Especially if she doesn't have feminist views on anything.

This is a cleverly disguised "How do I become an eff buddy" thread. That's the real advice he wants.

This is what happens when you hang out with someone you broke up with. It almost never works, so what's the point?

    She should have just said...

"He isn't acting like a girl. A female athlete wouldn't complain. He's acting like a spoiled whiny male."

Sounds like she was just in a bad mood, or doesn't have a sense of humor.

The funny thing is 99.9% of the dudes posting in this thread would whine their asses off if somebody disparaged a group they belonged to with a negative stereotype like that.

x is wonderbread soft like a white guy.

y must have a small d_ck like an asian.

z is such a douche, he must be a fratrat.

At least she had the backbone to say something about it.

I saw this thread and I had to post on it......I get offended when people refer to someone who is whinning or hurt as a girl because girls are waaaaay more stronger than man at handling pain......I'd call them soft but not a girl......Sure a man is physically tougher than a woman but mentally its not happenin....How many guys can say they could go through the pain of givin birth, having a monthly period etc etc.....I didnt think so!

It all depends on who you are talking to and knowing them well enough to know what you can and can not say. But basically, calling T-Mac a 'girl' or somebody who does something lame 'gay' is just being presumptuous. You're presuming that both the person you're talking to thinks the same way as you and that its okay to correlate 'girly' with cowardice or wussiness. Much in the same way a lot of people use the term 'gay' to indicate lame or stupid, its a subtle jab at a large group of people.

All I know is whenever I see a girl get hurt they start crying like little b****es. I've seen some of my friends continue to play sports with broken bones or concussions and barely wince. I always hear women have a higher pain threshold, but every time I see one of them experience some type of physical pain, they are sitting on the sidelines sobbing.

I just did a quick google search to see what the deal was and found a sizable amount of articles of the first two pages that say men have a higher pain tolerance or pain threshold, or both, when compared to women.

Just sayin', your viewpoint might be nothing more than an old wives' tale.

Women have babies, so as pain goes... they're more manly than any man can every be... unless he gets kidney stones, in that case he wins (or so i've heard)

Sounds like a womanly justification to make themselves feel better.

I concur. Girls turn on the waterworks for just about any kind of minor pain, psychological or physical.

I've probably had poos that have been more painful than child birth.

I'm still in love with my ex-girlfriend who dumped me almost 4 years ago. It's her birthday today. Huzzah.

But that's just how things are going to be. As your ex, she IS going to get annoyed at every little thing like that. Sucks, don't it?

And you're presuming that I correlate gay with homosexual? If they can use the word HAPPY as a stand-in for HOMOSEXUAL, I see no problem with using it as LAME as well.
Words change. Get over it. When you say he's acting like a girl, you say he's acting like a whiny girl who goes bananas when she chips a nail. Not like Candace Parker. My friend Tim thinks she's hot.

I've seen this in real time...I dont remember the wifey screaming..."Come on, Bring it!!" I would never want to swap places with that.

There was nothing manly about it.
