I'm the same, my father is black and my mother is white. I identify myself as being black. Maybe other people are not the ones omitting that.
wonder what % he will lose because the stoners will be either too lazy to go vote, forget, or sleep through it
Your statement is correct. The problem here is that there are so many more whites than blacks. This makes the way their unintelligent or bigoted voters vote more important because they will account for a higher percentage of the voting population.
He said himself he thinks the people voting for him because he is half-black will even out the people voting against him because he is half-black.
Obama has always made the calculation that he could overcome any prejudice with organization and increased turnout from those that will vote for him. He approached the primaries this way and he is constantly working to expand the number of people that will vote for him on Nov. 4. It is working. I'm not worried at all about the closet racists. They belong to the past.
you are correct turnout is the key to overcoming the race issue...the more people that vote the better for obama
Obama is relying on voting blocks who are notoriously fickle and vote in low proportions to provide support for him. His entire premise of blacks changing the political landscape for him is centered around ACORN, which has now been proven to be fraudulent and a sham. The youth vote has let democrats down time and again. When it's nut cuttin time, it is my hope that Americans start taking this election seriously and recognize that it's not a celebrity-driven popularity contest, but rather a decision that requires sober analysis. Turning the keys over to Obama, a foreign policy rookie and economic ignoramus, at a time like this is not a wise move. Our nation would be in tremendous peril if they elect a law school prof at a time when we need a leader.
It is your hope? Wait, don't you have a great October surprise that will remove hope from the equation? Aren't you privy to the secret workings of the Republican establishment? Ha! You've got nothing. And how about those Kenyan emails?
