You're lucky you got paid, though, a lot of extra gigs are for the experience only, especially outside the LA and NY "Zones." I was talking the Houston SAG lady the other day, and she was lamenting that fact (sort of).
I was an extra in a late 70s movie called Cutters Way. Just a kid on the dock when I guess Cutter gets angry and shoots a stuffed rabbit. Bad movie.
A weird story my mother told me about her childhood. She grew up in Tennessee, and one day while outside playing near the street when she was a small girl a young man came walking up to her carrying a guitar in a case on his back. He asked her for a drink of water and afterwards before walking off thanked her and told her his name was Elvis. She always tells this story and swears up and down it was Elvis Presley.
Does that mean you did the actual acting in the non-sex scenes while the p*rn star performed the sex scenes?
I don't think so. The only payment I got was to see my face on TV for a few months and a lousy purple Buger King t-shirt!
I was in Pearl Harbor as an extra. It was a lot of fun. We filmed at the Battleship Texas. It was the day before slapfest.
