Yeah. We really need the rest of the team to step up and do something. I kind of expected we'd lose this game, but I'm really bummed by our performance. It's embarrassing. I hope the Rockets rally from this and come back hard in game 4.

Howard missed like 5 shots in a row.

What about Head? 0-5 0-3, is he seasick or something

Yao is the only player that shot well in this game but 8 TOs

Mac is deferring to Juwan F Howard!

Anyway it's the tale of the series, horrible shooting from both teams. Whichever team gets out of the shooting slump first will be a deciding factor.

The could become a long series...

Now that you mention it, would not be surprised if we get to see Novak next game.

No, you can blame Yao on this one. He is the man and when he misses so mand shots and have the ball striped so many times. He did not do his job.

The fact that Head is lost and Howard is missing doesn't help either.

Those nuckle balls Rafer thru to Tmac and Yao and Metumbo didn't help matters either.

T-Mas was good.... for 1 quarter. That's it.

Overall a big fat F for effort. This will not do.

On the plus side, they do play better at home and Rockets do have home court. I guess it will be 7 games. And the home court will be the deciding factor.

I am not going to blame our stars, cuz it takes five, but we only have four in the field today.

I dont know about Luther yet, but we all know for a fact Juwan is soft. We are talking Peja level soft here, the Mavs didnt want any part of him lmao.

Is this the first time in this franchise playoff series where only 4 player have points?

Whatever you do just don't blame these 3 players:

TMac: played average... not great but not bad. He was on fire in the beginning, but just didn't play aggressive enough late in the game.

Battier: good performance... 3-7 3PM-A. He also played some nice defense and got some steals/blocks.

Rafer: played average but damn it guys... he had to play 45 mins every game. This game he even limited his shots to 4 (I didn't count the late attempt in the 4th when we were down by like 15) 7 rebs 5 dimes 1 steal 1 block.

Yao and T-Mac may have struggled a bit tonight BUT they still got theirs...if no one else is gonna step up and hit a shot this is gonna be a long series. You can't put it on your superstars and you can't put it on the coach...they (along w/ Battier) are the only reason the game was even close for as long as it was.

I agree he has way too many turnovers.

But I totally disagree with you about missing shots. Yao took 14 and only missed 8 shots at least four of those "misses" were converted to FTs because of a foul.

Mac missed 18. Luther attempted and missed all 8, Juwan attempted and missed all 5...

Battier is the only solid addition so far, but your right on the money, or other role players havent improved at all since T-Mac has been here.

Let's face reality Houston. We don't have championship level role players!

    J Ho gotta go.
Head obviously hasn't gotten any head in the playoffs.
    Rafer's initials should be T.O.
Deke doesnt produce unless he's starting

I'm not saying its over yet, but tonight we saw how our role players play under alot of pressure, which was not very good.

The best way to beat Rox, only let Yao and T-mac score.
Jazzs teach Rox a lesson on how to shut down scrub beaches + 2 stars teams
