I plan to run for office one day and one of my main goals if elected is to ban alcohol/beer consumption. Beer and gratuitous exposureof woman is one of the is at the heart of the moral decay of our society. Beer is bad for you - just say no and please the Lord.
St. Arnolds Lawnmower Julius Echter Moosehead Scrimshaw Maredsuos(?) Pacifico KEYSTONE LIGHT Blue Paddle Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Shiner Light
I've seen a few of you mention St. Arnolds Lawnmower, I'll have to mark that off my list next time I'm at the Flying Saucer. SwtSig....Good call on the Keystone Light. Even though the stuff tastes horrible to me now, I surivived off of 30 packs of Keystone when I was in college. Good times...
For everyday beer/sports watching beer, I go light with Miller Lite or Coors Lite. For special occasions/want something different/out partying heartily, I go with Newcastle Brown Ale, any kind of Hefeweizen, Pacifico w/lime, or a funky Shiner or St. Arnolds. But hell....lets face it....I LIKE EM ALL!
If it's free, as long as it's cold, I'm loving it all. If I'm paying, I'll go with Shiner, or if a little more upscale, Duvel. Like RMT said, it's all good.
mc mark's Holiday Homebrew II that will be ready to enjoy in about two more weeks! 4 cases are curing as I type! A dark, robust ale with a hint of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and orange! Last year's batch was a major hit at our Christmas Party!
I used to like darker beers...for some reason I'm find myself liking lighter beers better, now. My favorite beer is Shiner Bock's Summer Stock. I picked up the last two six packs of it at my local Randall's a few weeks back, as they pull it from the shelves in the winter months. When it's not on the shelves, I prefer Dos Equis Lager.
I never drink beer unless I'm at a sporting event and forgot to sneak my flask of rum into the game. So I guess my answer would be "ball game beer"
Wow, been a while since our last beer poll... Kirin Ichiban Guinness Bass ... Black and Tan (Guinness and Bass) Fosters Warsteiner Modelo Especial
Guinness, of course Guinness, in fact, is lower in alcohol, calories and carbohydrates than Samuel Adams, Budweiser, Heineken and almost every other major-brand beer not classified as light or low-carb. It has fewer calories and carbohydrates than low-fat milk and orange juice, too. http://www.jsonline.com/enter/gen/apr04/219768.asp
Sammy Smith is the best IMO. Sometimes I go with Rogue Imperial IPA or Boddington's On the cheaper side I buy Shiner. Fruity - Pyramid Apricot Ale (although too sweet for me to drink more than one or two at most, it can be refreshingly tasty). Sushi - Asahi When in NY - Staropramen at the beer garden in Astoria
I had that beer for the first time last March when we made a road trip up to Missouri and Kansas to see my fiancee's extended family. Good stuff. My own personal favs: Cheap-Pabst and some beer that comes in a green can that I can only find out in Katy. Starts with an "h" I think. Middle-Miller Light, Abita Amber Expensive-Newcastle
I love beer. I'm not big on unfiltered stuff like Blue Moon but pretty much anything else is fair game. Some of my fav's: Guinness Bass Saranac Pale Ale Corona Shiner
Guinness, Harp, Sam Adams and Grolsch In college, I had a coffee table made out of cases of the beast.
