I usually drink Tsing Tao when I get Chinese, I do like it. Urquell (sp?) is a great summer beer. I'll drink the heifenweizen's in the summer too--never had Shiner's though. In the winter I like stouts and porters--I forgot to mention Young's Outmeal Stout. For those who just can't quite stomach Guiness, Outmeal Stout is a little sweeter and almost chocolatety. I don't remember if I have had a Boddington's (if it is sometimes used in a black and tan instead of Bass to go with the Guiness I think I have). Regardless, I'll try a pint by itself next time. The Belgian lambics rock, nothing compares in the beer world (or costs as much either). As much as I like beer, I have been on a red wine kick even more so the last couple of years. But I don't think I want to start a thread on that and further contribute to stuffy Tex Ex imagery of myself along with my fancy beer tastes
