There are some states where it is legal. Again the post I was referring to had nothing to do with Beck. It had to do with someone saying what happened when one group thinks they know best and tells others how to live. However, Beck's tirade against social justice could come into play, since fighting for equal rights for homosexuals would be social justice. What I replied to had zero to do with Beck. Dude, you can't call for civility and then bust out a Hitler reference unless you are talking about mass genocide.
