I'm going to see them next week, never heard them personally - from what I gather it's a rock band with a orchestra?

My wife and kids went last year and absolutely loved it and they are dragging me to it this time around

What's the appeal of Fergie? She's a total butterface, and you see hotter people everyday in Houston.

Wow, your car is like a gateway back to 1995:)

I don't have a car, but I've been listening to U2's new album on my portable CD player nonstop. I also have been listening to some of the B-Sides and unreleased tracks from those sessions.

One of my new favorite songs is "Are You Gonna Wait Forever" which is on the imported Vertigo single. Actually, I've been listening to a lot of their b-sides lately, like "Where Did It All Go Wrong," and and "Lady with the Spinning Head." Another song that I keep listening to is Xanax and Wine. It's from the Unreleased stuff on the iTunes digital box set. This is the original version of Fast Cars. Anyways, they're both rocking songs and I think they are the kind of songs people were expecting to be on the album after hearing Vertigo.

I've also been listening to some Zevon after I heard Werewolves of London on the radio the other day. Kinks as well, after the HP commercials with Picture Book. That happens to me a lot, I just get drawn in like that.

That, my friend, is a debate for another thread.

Besides, I don't want to post pics to back up my case that will get me banned.

That's pretty much it. Symphonic metal Christmas - rocks! :) (yes, VH1 would say "that's so not metal" , but they're idiots) It's sort of a spinoff of Savatage, if anyone remembers them.

There are debates in our family over what's better - TSO or Mannheim Steamroller. We don't care that much for the more traditional/ sappy Christmas stuff.

Let me know how the concert goes! Wish I could make it, but it's too far away.

I'm alternating between these at the moment:

    Led Zeppelin--vol. IV
    Guns & Roses--Appetite for Destruction
    Metallica--Garage, Inc.

wow...does this mean you liked Savatage?

if so, color me impressed, you would be the only woman I have heard of that likes them.

listening to TSO's Christmas Eve and other stories in the car.

at home it has been a random playing of stuff on the computer....
