Well, it can be gross to you, I suppose. But it shouldn't be any grosser than a guy/girl kiss on TV.

    I, personally, think it's kinda hot. :)

That must be a hard standard for Elvis to live up to. ;)

Given his married state, I don't think you should be discussing Elvis' 'hard standard'. Is that what they're calling it these days? ;)

    The Freak ,

I was just rambling. It's okay to have that opinion. I'm straight. And I don't find people who don't like gay people offensive.

It's hard to explain what I'm trying to get across.

    Okay, it's like this:
There are guys kissing girls on MTV all the time. There are hot chicks on all the time. I, being the bag of testosterone that I am, comment on this stuff a lot...good stuff I say. But it's commonplace, and it really doesn't matter.
Now when this video comes on (and Freak, watch the video if you have the chance), I'm like, it's a pretty cool song. But I've witnessed many reactions of absolute disgust by guys who see the video. They're giving the same reactions that the other people in the video are giving.

Look, I don't find guys kissing guys appealing. But more importantly, I don't care for it. Not my life. It doesn't disgust me.
I don't find people's reactions offensive. I have observed and believe that many people who watch this video find it offensive. I think that it is more mature not to be offended by two guys kissing on MTV. Just my opinion.

You still haven't answered my questions. If you feel like it, could you read my second post in this thread. I'd like to know what you think.

I'm not going to dispute your facts. Just to be clear, you don't have a problem with people who are gay today do you?

Not at all. It's not like that at all. If I found out my best friend was gay I wouldn't care at all. He wouldn't act like some fools did in the 80s.

Do I bash gays for no reason? No. Does that mean I have sympathy for them when they are bashed? No.

Some people are miseducated. They are bashing a group that did nothing wrong.
