Brooks absolutely sucks at entry passes...hes really afraid of the ball getting stolen or intercepted.

Last year playoff, RA said if we had McGrady, no team dare to front Yao. I agree with that. If a team front your center or power forward, they don't have protection to the basket. All you need to do is to drive the ball to the basket, make easy layup or draw the foul. McGrady could do that, but he is out now. Lowry can do that, but he is hurt. That's why we played so differently after he was out. AB is good, but most of his shots are mid-range jumper or 3-pointer. And 76ers are doubling him. C-Bud may be a solution, but I don't know why coach bench him tonight. It's never one player's fault if we can't beat fronting defense. We need correct squard on the court to do so.

i dont think cbud has the ability to do it consistently, he'd need to have the right player guarding and even if he got past them his finishing ability hasn't been impressive in the halfcourt. We need that tmac replacement at the two.

That might be why coach benched him. But I do think he has the potential. I have seen him doing it several times. Hopefully, he can improve quickly and do it more often.

This, because AB is too short and doesn't have the best passing ability in the first place. Another shooter keeps the defense more honest. I'm not a fan of Battier and Ariza on the court at the same time.

Give Landry the ball at the elbow. He is good enough that Adleman should trust him outside of the low-post, and we've seen him produce from the elbow by shooting over defenders or driving by them. I'd also like to see Landry shoot off of a screen.

Change the angle of the entry pass. Instead of throwing in from side throw pass in from top of key with the overhead lob. Swing the rock to the other side. Rotate said player being fronted to the other side. Where he should be able to post up without the front if the ball is swung quickly.

Pretty much basic basketball. It's not really difficult to beat a fronting defense.

they can't throw it from the top because the defender will slide over so he's facing the top of the key and the passer. That just makes the pass travel a longer distance, which is just as risky, if not more. they just need to swing it faster or have the other forawrd/center cut to the rim or flash to the free throw line...things like that...problem is a lot of the time that's gonna be chuck or dorsey, and neither cna shoot.

You have to have players who can punish other teams for fronting/double teaming.
