Dear PosterChilds, How many times did I say Hakeem is playing well this year? I said he "sucked balls" last year. I don't care if it was injuries or asthma or whatever, Dream had the worst year of his career last year. That cannot be debated. Yes, we thank you Hakeem for winning two rings, yes you were worth 14 million. You are not anymore. I'll concede we "owe" you 14 million this year. You will get nothing close to that amount from us if you return to the team. If another team is willing to, they are foolish. This is not your team anymore. If you are not part of the future, you are part of the past. Where was Hakeem in the second half last night? I thought that was the best open court, penetrating style the Rox have played all year. Yes, Dream is better than Cato and Collier, but if you or Dream thinks that he is going to get more minutes after they both get back, you are sadly mistaken.

Seriously tho, Hakeem had better make up his mind before Dec 15. Rudy (meaning CD) might not be as loyal this time around. He's got options now... All Akeem has going for him at this point is his current play. And it's good, so far - no injuries. But history is meaningless to a team that's rebuilding. Bullard hit a couple couple of shots but we still let the Mavs back into a game that should have allready been won. With Dream in we would have a lot more options. Also you people that think playing Dream more will somehow slow the devlopment of Steve and Cat are crazy.Are we to never have another GOOD post player ? You people need to all go back to bashing Mo and Steve and Cat need to learn how to work with a player that can dominate in the post. JV-Not true, assuming they have a pick in 03. The rule is you must have a first round pick in the next 2 years, not necessarily every other. So, since the past draft is over, as long as they haven't promised their 02 or 03 pick to someone, we could do that. Or to get around it, make the clause the ability to "trade" picks. ------------------ The Serious Police are watching. Follow the rules or be assimilated. Shandon is underrated.
