    except that he isnt the first person to come back and change their abstain vote before the voting is over.

    now, whether or not it seems petty to change it right after the guy voted against him is another thing...but it doesnt take away from the legality of the vote change imo...

    The rules don't apply to sim leaguers. But that is okay, I was thinking about trading Burroughs to you due to salary reasons, but not anymore.
