I have the smaller Recteq RT-590. Still plenty big to cook a turkey, or two large pork shoulder roasts, or a few racks of ribs. Wi-fi, two temp probes, large pellet hopper, easy to operate, especially for overnight smokes. I watch a lot of Meat Church and Aaron Franklin videos and seeing Franklin stay up overnight to feed wood into the offset he sells, just seems the pellet grill is a lot easier.
