I wonder if these statistics account for someone creating an imbalance, by beating their man, and then moving the ball to an open player. And I wonder if they still get the credit when the ball moves twice, or three times before it is shot.

Does creating shots mean just for oneself, or for your team? The details of how this would be accounted for seems really tricky to compile.
