[rQUOTEr]AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Fired Baylor coach Art Briles is ripping his former employer, accusing the school of wrongful termination and indicating he has no interest in settling a federal lawsuit filed against him and the university by a woman who was raped by a football player. The criticism in a motion filed Thursday as part of the lawsuit. Briles says he wants a judge to assign him new attorneys and his personal legal team is demanding that Baylor turn over all its files in the sexual assault scandal that has gripped the Baptist university for months. The letter says Briles "does not wish to settle the case," contrary to what Baylor lawyers told the judge last week. Briles' petition says he met April 7 with Baylor attorneys and that they used information he shared to support his firing. http://collegefootball.ap.org/article/apnewsbreak-fired-coach-art-briles-lambastes-baylor[/rQUOTEr]
I say that he's playing chicken with Baylor to get his 40MM. He knows that Baylor releasing specifics about what Briles only screws us with the Feds and the NCAA. I figured this would get uglier and it has
I think that he wants to try and clear his name as much as possible so that he can attempt to keep coaching.

I'm so fed up with Baylor fans. These dudes hanging on Briles' nuts is so embarrassing. Some of them want to see Baylor burn because of how they did poor Arty so bad. Need to stay off Baylorfans. Smh
Everyone who has ever known Art Briles since he was at Stephenville or before says that he is a great guy but is so obsessed with winning that he ignores everything detrimental to the cause.
No idea how to interpret this. Saturday is the last day BU has to make a decision on the NLI apparently. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Let's see what happens next Saturday! <a href="https://twitter.com/HamiltonESPN">@HamiltonESPN</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/daveth89">@daveth89</a></p>— Patrick Hudson (@pathud20) <a href="https://twitter.com/pathud20/status/744942403316916224">June 20, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
OLB Deonte Williams to enroll. Recent tweets from Kenan Ivy makes it seems like he will enroll. A lot of 3 star players have or will enroll. Hudson is the big one and it appears more likely that he will enroll.
Brandon Bowen could be back in the mix. Just retaining him and Hudson would be big for Baylor. The other guys seem to be all goners
Getting information from Baylor insiders at this time is pretty pointless. I wouldn't take their word on anything, they have shown time and time again that they have no idea what is going on. I'd until the 30 day period is up on these kids asking to be released, which should be around this weekend. That's when the fireworks will start.
For sure but I've all but conceded every recruit but 2. The rest are gone or have already enrolled and plan on staying.

The Big 12 coming down harder than I expected. I bet they wouldn't do that for other certain programs. Hey maybe we could be left out. Oh well.
