Without Novak, our streak would have ended at 8.

Novak hit a game winning shot. Brian Cook bricks garbage time threes.

    Yeah, fair enough.

I remembered Cassell from those years, so I guess that's why I didn't remember him contributing after Kenny and Sam.

So my mistake, Scotty Brooks isn't a 12th man after all.

It was all in jest and not to be taken serious.

Charles Jones wins. He was overmatched in every single game situation he was in and he just kept playing his heart out. He lost every matchup but he still gave it his all. Until he was in his 40's. He's my pick.

C.Jones is the best 12th man ever; not just for the Rockets but in the NBA. He had the famliy thing going on as well as his age and was under sized to boot. He was the back up to Tree (and TR was old) - C.Jones just made everyone HAPPY that saw him play. :)

I think starter hardly qualifies as a benchwarmer. Boki was a starter..then he can't be a benchwarmer.

Don't ever call the great Scotty Brooks a benchwarmer. He made some clutch plays for us in the postseason and even played more minutes than Kenny Smith some games.

Also I loved Novak. I met him and his hot ass girlfriend at the Galleria 3 summers ago and dude was nice as hell. He let me take 2 pics of him, not just one.

I voted for Brian Cook because dude was so uncoordinated with the ball it was funny to watch. I love a lil comedy in the NBA.

Scott Brooks was a heavy rotation guy in 92-93

Pete Chilcutt played a lot in 94-95 (16 MPG during the playoffs)

Nachbar also ended up being a pretty solid player.

Just because a guy is white doesn't make him a benchwarmer.

Having said that Zan Tabak and Chris Jent won freaking rings riding the pine.
