OK I pretty much copied the idea from an awesome thread on the nugget board (nugget talk) But it doesn't matter.
I hope rockets pay CLOSE attention to the battle of the seedings and hope this thread gets updated daily. It's getting Wayyyy too close

Sorry both Sac and Rox should be 5-5 the last 10

Rockets and Kings are in a lump and Rockets and Memphis has tough schedules.

Wolves are not going to catch the Rockets. Memphis has a realy tough schedule so iam not sure if they will be able to catch the Rockets. Denver has me a little worried. They are on fire and only have a few tough games left. The Kings also have an easy schedule and should lose no more than 2 games the rest of the way. If the Rockets can go 6-2 then we should get the 5th or 6th seed. However, if we go 5-3 then Denver has a really good chance to move ahead of us.

Rockets have to go atleast 2-2 on this road trip. Might even have to go 3-1 with all the tough games coming up after the road trip.

    Too optimistic.
My most fear is Minny catch fire win all the rest of games, which they start showing the sign. Denver has pansy schedule, they are going to pass us for sure, mark it. Our next 2 games is make it break it time. We have to treat it like war. Dont bank on we can beat Griz or Nugs either, our scrubs is far worse than theirs right now. The last two games is the easiest. We will make the playoff as 8th or 7th depending on how Memphis will do. The biggest advantage to us is Nugs and Griz will go at each other twice.

I think you are too pessimistic...lol. For the Rockets sake I hope you are wrong. I do agree that the Rockets better win their next two games or your 7th seed prediction becomes alot more realistic.

I think the Kings will get the 5th place and we have to fight for 6th against Nuggets.

In the worst case we'll finish in the 7th place (and SA will kill us)

The Rockets would have to lose all but one of their last games and Minnesota all of theirs to catch the Rockets.

The Rockets are 2-2 against San Antonio. We can hold our own with them.

When you lose at home to the Hornets, every game looks difficult. :(

The way they are playing now, the Rox will be lucky to finish 7th instead of 8th. If T-Mac's knees don't feel better in a hurry and they lose @GS and @LAL, they will finish 8th and play PHX in the first round.

With injuries as bad as they are, the seed doesn't matter. The two stars must get healthy, Juwon Howard must return and be effective, and the guards have to start hitting shots and playing smarter with the basketball. Easy as that.;)

Realistically, the Rox are looking at 7th seed.

Let's just hope Duncan won't be back by playoff time.

wow...i cant believe how fast this team has fallen in the past 2 weeks. If the Rockets are going to hold on to the 6th seed then the Nuggets and Memhpis game have become must wins. If the Rockets keep on plyig this way however, we should start getting ready for the Spurs.
