That chick is "Patience" from the show "Flavor of Love." My recommendation is that you do not watch that show. It has captured that "I want to see the train wreck feel" that The Jerry Springer show used to have. Its like "The Bachelor" except this ex-hip-hop star does it like you know you would do it if you were in his shoes. He completely exploits everyone. Its F'n Hilarious. Unfortunately I have lost all my sunday nights to this show.
