The only thing Obama is doing different from all the past presidents is actually showing the public he is doing other things beside focusing on the concerns of this country versus playing the game in terms of always acting like he is only doing presidential things. America knows that and you know that so stop acting as if other presidents were all business because they weren't. Not a big Obama homer at all but I'm not too narrow minded to the point where I'm blinded from the whole truth.

I think we should trade Battier for Obama. Battier's defense will help secure our borders and Obama's shooting touch will insure championship contention. Get er done Morey!

If this title makes you think about homo-eroticism there's not much that won't.

have you seen how much obama's aged in less than half a term? that doesnt happen if you're not doing things......and unless it's an extremist mosque there should be no problem with it, if it doesnt get built based on the fact that extremists of that faith attacked us then the terrorists win.........

Stop hating on POTUS and focus on Shane who can't outscore the president and no way they ever elect him as Pres., check the spouse.

Ok... as if that needed to be said. I'll leave it up to you to decide which is more common. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Anyway.. don't mean to hijack the thread. I'm sure Battier is going to have an awesome life experience.

GW Bush had is Crawford, TX ranch and got criticised by Dems for spending too much time there, especially when there is some bad news happening. Frankly, it's silly to criticise presidents for not being working 24/7 since even the hardest workers among us are not working 24/7. Besides, it's not like if a president was in fact personally working 24/7, things will go that much better for, say, the economy or the Gulf oil spill. I am more interested in whether the administration puts the right people in charge and sets reasonable policies. Attacking the president whenever he plays a game of basketball, a round of golf, or spends time at a ranch is kind of silly and distracts from what really matter.

Well, unlike most defenders....it looks to me Battier have time to block the shots. He got his feet set and ready to jump as the shooter lift up from the ground. I feel he has the ability to go for the block and choose not to and I AM NOT EVEN sure he realize that. I just think his ability to recover and timing is right there to block the shot. His great footwork allow him to do that...unlike most defenders.
