Are you kidding me. We just scored 100+ points on offense on the road, and that's not good enough? DEFENSE was by far more of a problem in Game 2 than offense. Whoever is guarding Roy and Aldridge must step up defensively.

sorry to disappoint you, but i just fast forwarded through the game and this is what i found :

    First half: ron guarded him

3rd: ron started on him in the third, shane switched on roy for like two posessions (in which he didnt score) and ron guarded him the rest of the quarter until about 5 mins left when shane switched to roy full time and forced him to pass every time except for a long contested jumper roy hit. Shane then went out with 2:30 left in the third and ron guarded roy the rest of the qrtr

4th: Shane comes in at 9 mins left and guards roy. Shane denies him the ball most of the time, roy scores twice, and gets free throws once (which is the time he flopped backwards). Ron's back in at 5 mins and guards roy the rest of the way...

so shane only guarded roy for about 6 and a half minutes. Roy played 42 mins, meaning ron guarded him for about 34...

i think ron ignores his peripheral vision or something when he guards roy, doesnt really watch for the picks, while shane does so when he sees one he repositions himself so its more difficult to set a solid pick on him.
