McGrady will return and look like 04-05 now. Why? Because this team's luck has proven that when one thing is clicking everything else is failing. So far, everything else is failing so it's only natural that McGrady will have a career year wasted because everyone else is injured.
And I will say that again. Tracy will have to take his time and do not make the same mistake he did last year but it looks like it is gonna be a big chance for him to lead the team, with all those guys out. But he has to come back 100%. But again, the sooner the better. We have no other choice.
Five-star thread! I am only looking forward to McGrady playing at this point. And maybe Aaron Brooks. And how well Adelman might do, even with a handicapped team.
There there... Let's try to stay with some positive thoughts about the Rockets. Amidst every crisis is an opportunity.
This is a blessing in disguise since we already have a glut at the 3. Brooks Mcgrady Ariza Scola Landry/Andersen/Hayes or we can go small and run Lowry Brooks Mcgrady Ariza Scola Whoever is flying in on the redeye isn't gonna be a difference maker anyways.
I'd say Battier has a more likely chance of being ready to start the season than McGrady. It sounds like the absolute soonest we see McGrady on the court is late November/early December. I don't see the blessing in disguise.
The chances of mcgrady ever being that mccgrady are next to nothing. the 05 mcgrady was as good as kobe and lebron are today
I just became a fan of Tracy McGrady on Facebook at approximately 3:55 AM, pacific standard time. He's awesome!
Relax, every team goes through injuries. Our team just so happens to have our two super stars injured all of the time; so, when another player happens to get injured we act like the world is falling apart.
This is definitely going to draw the wrath of Battier-lovers, but this could be a blessing in disguise, as we realize how perfectly capable Ariza is of filling Battier's role and more. We'll realize Battier's not as invaluable as a lot of people make him out to be. Of course, it does create depth issues..
