I don't know if they were individually painted by hand. I didn't compare the two I had because I left one unopened in the box. I was successful at buying a McGrady Forever Collectibles bobblehead off of ebay. All my other bobbleheads are ones I received at the games. I was curious, if the give-away ones are considered more valuable than the commercially sold ones?
