If you ask me, you gotta have multiple witnesses who saw something, but even with that, you gotta a kid here who told the counselor he made it all up. That is going to weigh on a least one juror. I don't see how he could be convicted if the boy did indeed confess to his counselor. That is just overwhelming.

I believe he did the deeds in question, but he'll be found innocent. Justice costs money these days, and he still has a little bit of money. Michael Jackson will buy his way out of this one.
You do know that the prosecutor confiscated every computer Jako had access to. They only found porno in the browser's cached pictures, with no obvious pedo pics. IOW Jako wasn't a collector. The internet is a p*rn Paradise, pedos included. If Jako was a hardcore pedo and had a PC with internet access, one would expect to find a stash of porno on his PC. The prosecutor concurs with this opinion. The lack of pedo p*rn on Jako's computers is suspicious but not conclusive evidence that Jako was not a pedo. As I mentioned above, I think Jako is one f*ckedup human being and may require his own special category for his screwed up sexual desires. BTW, I do not think that Jako is innocent and hope that he gets convicted. But the prosecutor case has problems, which may allow Jako to walk.
I hope not. He is a disgusting person and should rot in prison. I dont care how mentally challenged or whatever he is. The parents that allowed their children to be pimped out to this freak for money should be on trial as well.
