They are S, M, L...but I don't see elastic in it. I wear my old Franchise Astros hat that I've had for right at 10 years quite often.

But you're right...it's not sized by numbers.

They're my favorite hats...I really don't wear any other hats but that brand at this point, because I like the way the hat looks..and it's more comfortable than the others, imo

Look at Altuve. Doesn't he look cool with a curved hat?!?!? I think he does.
    Or if you're a rapper/thug/hoodlum guy.

It isn't a noticeable elastic band like my daddy's old coaching shorts :D. It is more of a small band around it that will stretch. For me the issue is the fit. We get that style for our coaching hats each year and they just don't fit me comfortably. The other guys like them though. I just go without one. I have some fitted hats I have been wearing forever. I just would like to get an updated Astros hat with the new look because I really do like them.

I wear both curved and flat hats, I don't have a problem with either

But leaving the sticker on a flat brimmed hat is dumb, I just don't get it

To retain the curve I just had to let the hat sit with the brim being shaped for a few days. What I did was curve the brim, stick it in a scotch glass, and let it sit there for about 3 days.

I'm sure you could do the same thing with a big rubber band, wrapping a belt around it, etc..
