Except unlike Bo Jackson, Griffey still went on to have one of the greatest careers of all time. It isn't like he just had his torrid start, got hurt and never put up the cumulative numbers. He has over 600 homeruns. He put up all-time great numbers DESPITE the injury issues.

He is a unique case. He managed to be one of the greatest ever but STILL left us with a "what if?"
