If I had to play for the Cubs, I'd want to fight someone, too.

I was in a bar up here in Chicago after work, and everyone was going pretty crazy about it. It's the only thing on the news right now. Loved seeing Lou Pinella walk out on the press conference.

Is anybody really that suprised? Look at the guys involved in the fight:

Zambrano - hot head pitcher who routinely acts like a clown on the mound, yelling at thin air and pumping his fist after striking out somebody in the 2nd inning in a low-pressure situation. If there was a pitcher who personofied "roided up", I wouldn't be suprised if it was this lunatic.

Barrett - See his antics with Oswalt from a couple years ago. The fact that he tried to confront Zambrano in the lockeroom, only to get his face busted is very similiar to when he tried to continue the fight with Oswalt when everything was settled.

Added to the fact is Lou Pinella is the manager... I'm not so sure the "fiery" personality would be the best chance the Cubs have to calm down some of their idiot players.

This is one of the funniest things I have heard......

You could say the 2007 Cubs are the 'Bad News Bears'.... ha ha ha.

Someone should get Barrett and Zambrano into the octagon for a postseason fight. They could probably sell-out Wrigley.
