Baron Davis more matured than Francis....

    Francis is trying to do anything to get the win. Not just score. He's moving without the ball, cutting, rebounding, defending, shooting off picks, etc...

    Sometimes he will get 8pts, 11ast, and 3to. Sometime he will get 19pts, 4ast, 4to, but get 6 rebounds. Or maybe 11-14 from the FT line.

    On the nights that he's stuggling from the field, he's finding other ways to help the team. Like Isiah or Payton. If they were stuggling from the field, they would go 7-7 from the FT line. Or they would get 2 or 3 steals. Balance it out. Never force it. Try to compensate.

    As we've heard before, "Let the game come to you." No forcing. It's not JUST about the points. And that's what I love about his game this year. Yes, even the Jazz and Hornet games.
