...reports say kidney failure. Damn. Link to article Sorry if this was posted but didn't see a thread for this.
Thanks for giving us your son, he was a hell of a lot of fun to watch, and even better to listen to in post game interviews.
Always sad when someone dies, regardless of age or reason. Everyone has family members that will mourn the loss. Condolences to the Barkley family! RIP Mrs. Glenn ... ....... ....... .......
Another mom. This time Doc Rivers. Damn... <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Clippers Coach Doc Rivers’ Mother Dies In Illinois: <a href="http://t.co/KUC3GKglXw">http://t.co/KUC3GKglXw</a></p>— CBS Los Angeles (@CBSLA) <a href="https://twitter.com/CBSLA/status/612396080769044480">June 20, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
She raised a hell of a basketball player and one of my favorite rockets growing up. Sorry for your loss Charles.
Sad... especially if you look at a young child Charles and his mother picture. That mother child time frame is the utmost sentimental.
i seem to remember an Inside the NBA segment in the early 90's about charles making a point to call his mother every single day. they even showed footage of him greeting her on the phone "This is Charles Barkley of the Philadelphia 76ers". he can be an ass at times, but at least he was a good son..
